License Verification

There are two ways to verify a license.

 

Online Verification: Online verification is available free of charge by clicking "Enter Online License Verification." Enter the therapist’s last name, paying attention to capitalization because the last name is case sensitive, or you may enter the therapist’s North Carolina license number.

Written Verification: Verification is also available in writing through the Board office. To receive written verification, please submit a License Verification Form with a $20 money order, certified check or cashier’s check to the Board office. Personal or company checks will not be accepted.  The payment should be sent to the following address with the License Verification Form:

Verifications are processed daily.  If you require special shipping, (overnight, next-day air) you may include a pre-paid envelope of your choice with the postage already affixed and the Board will use this envelope to expedite verification.
