Therapists whose Application Request Forms are received in the Board office on or after April 1, 2010 are required to successfully complete a jurisprudence exam on the North Carolina Occupational Therapy Practice Act and Rules of the Board.  Logon and password information are included in the application packet.  This exam is administered online at this website.  There is no fee to take the exam.
